The Association for Business Psychology’s (ABP) Workforce Experience Awards has shortlisted Career Volunteer’s SMaRT programme (Senior Managers Recruited as Trustees) for Excellence in Employee Experience.
Career Volunteer builds bespoke employer supported volunteering programmes offering opportunities through our SMaRT Programme for emerging and established leaders in business. We work closely with organisations to impact employee engagement and leadership development while supporting their existing sustainability priorities.
The ABP Workforce Experience Awards focus directly on demonstrating the commercial and practical value of Business Psychology to organisations and their workforces. Business psychology combines an understanding of the science of human behaviour with experience of the world of work, to attain effective and sustainable performance for both individuals and organisations.
Entrants are assessed on the same basis, against the same criteria including relevance to business psychology, e.g. evidence-based, validated, multiple or diverse models or theory applied and evidence in the following areas; stakeholder engagement, effective project execution, the application of conceptual models, effective evaluation, extent of impact in context of original objectives.
